Leeks quiche Ingredients for 4 people:
1 crust pastry 2 leeks 200 ml of vegetable drink (preferably soy) 20 grams of cornstarch 1 case of vegetable broth salt, pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Slice the leeks and saute in a pan with possibly pieces of smoked tofu. Stop the fire when the leeks are tender and lightly browned and set aside.
Heat the vegetable drink with the vegetable stock and add the cornstarch.
Place dough broken in a pie pan, prick with a fork and advertise the prebaking about 5 minutes.
Pour the leeks in the resulting mixture with the vegetable drink and stir. Finally, pour over the pastry and bake for about 25 minutes.
