2 cups almonds, soaked
4 garlic cloves 2 cup nuts 2 carrots 1 cup mushrooms 2 celery stalks, one cup of red pepper ¼ cup coconut ½ cup parsley, ½ cup onion, ½ cup water
Preparation:
This burger is really fast if you use your processor. Grind all the grains by using the blade "S" of the processor and in a bowl. Now grind pepper, celery, onion, garlic, parsley. Leave the vegetables intact with a minced texture. Add the mixture into a bowl. Do the same with mushrooms. Add mushrooms to mixture in bowl. With the processor grate 2 carrots. Place the carrots in a bowl and mix well. Remove ½ of the mixture and put in the processor, add water if necessary until the dough becomes smooth. Place the dough in a bowl and mix well using your hands. Form patties and place on the screens of the dehydrator. Dehydrate for 5-6 hours at 115 °.
This recipe produces 20 burgers.
