Pizza Crust

Crust Pizza

1½ cups Buckwheat Sprouts

1 clove of garlic sea salt spices: garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, oregano ⅔ cup flax seeds, soaked for one hour. ¼ cup olive oil ⅔ carrot pulp cup

Mix all ingredients in a food processor for 1 minute. Spread on a dryer sheet. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 5-6 hours of time, until the above is dry. Transfer to another mesh sheet, and then dehydrated for 5-6 hours until the mixture became dry. Cover with ¾ cup cream Mac - ½ cup barbecue sauce and vegetables of your choice. Examples of veggie: diced green onions, cauliflower, red pepper, diced, sliced zucchini in half, sliced tomatoes, sliced olives, shredded basil.

This recipe produces 2 crust average.
